A little bit of everything is working here.. I love to work unilaterally and target my individual sides as needed. This move works intensely in my scapular and across my upper back as well as my supporting lat, hips/hip flexor & core 💦
I have it on the lightest spring, could have got one higher to help keep control a little better but I was feeling adventurous.
•Exhale, contract your core and float your leg and arm across your body, the bed will pull in as you contract your core and activate your supporting lat.
•Inhale, open back up again as you push the reformer away. Keep ‘pinching’ your scapulars together to activate and work your upper back as you return to start position.

Well, we finished 80 Day Obsession today. I’m thankful that this chick stood strong with me. We had lots of laughs, some days we hated all the things, & most days we had to crank up the Jesus music to get through the workouts. My body has changed for the better, which makes all the hard work worth it. (No, I didn’t follow the nutrition plan.
