During #pregnancy whether it's your first, second, 5th or 8th, we experience a lot of different emotions: fear, anxiety, worry, love, joy, and so many others.
Breathing in essential oils is an effective and safe way to help change unwanted emotions, either turning negative emotions into positive, uplifting ones or enhancing positive emotions!
The other HUGE benefit to diffusing is that you can also throw out all those air fresheners and candles you have hanging around the house that are filled with harmful chemicals.
Besides diffusing your oils to aid with your mood, you can also consider making a perfume. This could be either a spray or a roll-on and the best part is you can take it with you and use it on the go, unlike your diffuser
HOW TO MAKE PERFUME WITH OILS
Mix the following ingredients together in a glass spray bottle.
4 oz. glass spray bottle.
4 oz. 100 proof vodka* or Witch Hazel to emulsify the essential oils.
40-60 drops of your favorite essential oil combination.
Shake well and spritz.
*Most vodkas are 80 proof. If you cannot find 100 proof and use 80 proof, you will need to shake your perfume before each use.
Here are some oils that may help you overcome or enhance certain #emotions - Fear - Valor, Bergamot, Geranium, Present Time
- Occasional Stress - Lavender, Stress Away, Frankincense, Peace & Calming, Bergamot. - Occasional Anxiety - Lavender, Lemon, Copaiba, Orange
- Occasional sadness - Joy, Orange - Worry - Bergamot
- Love - Oola Family

How has it been 31 weeks!? 😱
In the first two trimesters I felt guilty using the pregnancy card but now realizing that I only have nine weeks left I am taking full advantage while I can. 🤣
No one argues with a pregnant woman. 👌🏼 Little peanut is moving on up into my rib cage and making mom very uncomfortable at times.
Also, his sister Bella LOVES to bark extremely loud right at mom’s belly so I’m convinced he is definitely going to come out barking too. 😂 (I’m still curious if their “dog senses” can sense that something isn’t normal? 🤔)
Semoga yang like dan komen amin bulan ini bisa cepat mempunyai momongan.,. Amiinn

Pregnancy has been such a surreal experience. Never did I imagine that it would be this thought-provoking (and life-changing)! It's not glamorous, it hasn't made me more of a "woman," & I've had my own share of prenatal woes. Yet, for the most part, I’ve felt inner peace & a sense of wholeness. My body is undergoing numerous changes as it adapts to the growing life inside me-- each and every change, desirable or not, has been a lesson in patience & perseverance. The idea of growing and nurturing another life/soul within me is a terrifying thought, but I perceive it as nothing short of a miracle! I'm absolutely in awe of the entire process, from a scientific as well as spiritual perspective. I fell in love with my unborn child the moment I heard their heartbeat & saw their tiny form on the sonogram, oh my heart! This small wonder also reminds me of the myriad possibilities within my own self.🌻❤️🌻 Lastly, pregnancy has graciously reminded me of my body's primary purpose: that, it is meant for doing and not for looking! Experiencing pregnancy first-hand has also reaffirmed my conviction that motherhood should be a personal choice & decision, not a biological obligation (I can't stress this enough!). You don’t owe childbirth/motherhood to anyone!
I welcome this change with all my being. My heart is beyond full & I thank God for such profound beginnings!🌻❤️🌻 P.S.. I'm neither making assumptions about the reality of pregnancy being identical for all individuals that have experienced it/are experiencing it, nor am I speaking/attempting to speak on behalf of anyone else.
I admittedly can be terribly forgetful when it comes to taking my vitamins. But of course I kept up with taking my prenatals, knowing how important it was to Max’s health. Now that she’s out of my belly and growing to be a double-chinned little princess, postnatal vitamins are still just as important. She’s getting her nutrition from my milk after all. I’m loving @RainbowLight #FirstThousandDays line as they’re customized especially for postnatal mamas. Did I mention that they’re food based, vegetarian, gluten-free, and non-GMO? Nothing but the best for me and my baby #ad 📷: @herpersonatalie
#ad When I first started trying to get pregnant, I knew it was time to start taking prenatal vitamins. I love @RainbowLight vitamins because they are designed for every stage of pregnancy. From pre-post, they’ve got you covered! They are made with fruits, vegetables and probiotics. It’s so comforting to know that me and my baby are getting all the nutrients we need. Today I am officially 26 weeks pregnant! There is no denying the fact that I’m pregnant now and my baby belly has popped. I feel like this pregnancy has gone by so fast and it’s hard to comprehend that In just 10 weeks Hunter could be here at any time! #26weekspregnant#babybelly#pinkchampagnelipsense
HELLO THIRD TRIMESTER!
i’m not sure how we got here so quickly but HALLELUJAH 🙏🏻
don’t get me wrong, being pregnant is so fun and the coolest thing to experience as a woman! but taking care two (very high maintenance) littles, running a business, playing on a kickball team, being a wife, being a student, is SO exhausting! 😂😂
i shockingly have the same weight gain with this little guy as i did with lincoln but i feel like i’m so much bigger! i was warned that my body would be used to being pregnant and would get lazy - THEY WERENT LYING 😳😂 so remember moms with multiples, it’s not your fault your body is so lazy 😂 it’s just really good at being pregnant 🤰🏼
so its safe to say i miss my pre-pregnancy body! but soon enough! i know once the holidays hit, it’s gonna go so quick! 🙌🏻
Our next antenatal course begins on Monday 24th Sept! If you’re #due2018 come along for 6 weeks of information led by 6 different professionals!

25 weeks pregnant and trying really really hard to not be anxious or worried about tomorrow’s check up with our high risk doc.❤️
Tomorrow we will find out if her anemia has improved or gotten worse and what our next steps will be. She’s been super active so I’m hoping hoping that’s a good sign. 🙏🏼
It’s really hard to believe I’m 25 weeks already. This girl has been throwing us for a loop since 14 weeks and I’m honestly just taking it day by day - thankful for each new step and milestone in her growth. Keep healing and keep baking, baby girl. Please oh please. 🙏🏼✨ #miraclebabemakes5#25weekspregnant#pregnantbelly#bump
