Injuries are starting to pile up. Tweaked my back before vaca and thought it would be good to go by the start of this week. Squats weren't having it on Monday, so shut it down pretty quick. With only 4 and a half weeks to go, nationals is slowly starting to look grim with the way my body is holding up. With all that, motivation was pretty much at zero today benching.

Strength block is underway for the @usapowerlifting Southwest Regional Meet on August 11th. 1x1 at RPE 8 started off today’s squat session. Pretty happy to hit 275 considering I haven’t touched a weight more than 235 in months.
Sometimes you have to trust the process and adopt an attitude of confidence when fear and doubt is looking right back at you.
