Thrilled to have judged a 3 star bread at today's #greattasteawards for @guildoffinefood - a beautiful seeded rye sourdough loaf with a cracking crust and tender crumb loaded with flavour. No butter needed for this one - could have gobbled the loaf on its own.

This bread shop called Wu Pao Chun in Taipei is founded on the motto that "each type of bread contains abundant knowledge" and that "eating bread is like experiencing the intelligence of human beings...the knowledge is extremely profound like reading books".
No wonder after eating their bread I felt my IQ go up!! 🍞-->🤓📚 But seriously, probably the best bread I've ever tasted, and the most unique range I've seen in a bread shop.
