Discovered the heavenly @josephbrot bakery yesterday. I toasted and topped their brioche bagel with an avocado rose (and added a curried hummus layer underneath)...little treats for myself on a self-care Sunday. These days are not just about face masks and bubble baths - it’s me forcing myself to pause, plan, recalibrate and make time for things I didn’t get to during the week. Even though tidying and small admin isn’t thrilling, I feel 10 x better after catching up on it all. Oh and binge-watching Queer Eye solidly rounds it off (only a little obsessed).
One of the things I love about a slow Sunday is that I get to spend some time in the kitchen preparing for the busy week to come. Here I am just having fun with the avocados before I turn them into avocado hummus. #TPMkitchen#avocadorose
