Be wary of other peoples success stories
You hear a lot about Gluten but with regards to fat loss, it offers nothing from cutting it out of your diet other than the fact you POTENTIALLY eat less food which MAY put you in a calorie deficit
You could also definitely eat more of other foods to compensate and not put yourself in a calorie deficit
So the answer to the question if you are not a sufferer of Celiac disease is.... Why would you
I’ve had so many people ask me for the recipe for these #brusselsprouts I shared in my stories the other night. So here’s the recipe-ish...there are no measurements 😬 I just heard it on a podcast. But if I can make this, so can you! .
Preheat the oven AND your baking sheet to 450🔥
Cut the brussel sprouts in halves or quarters.🔪
In a bowl toss them with half butter/half olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and whatever seasoning you like. We did thyme.🧂
Bake for about 30ish minutes.⏲
The lady in the podcast also said to drizzle with maple syrup but my clan doesn’t like maple stuff (I know bunch of weirdos 🤷🏼♀️), so we left that off.
Give it a try and let me know what you think!
First things first, avocados are a fruit, not a vegetable. Avocados contain four grams of protein, making them the fruit with the highest protein content.
Avocado trees do not self-pollinate, they need another avocado tree close by in order to grow. Avocados mature on the tree, but only ripen once they are taken off the tree. You can tell that an avocado is ripe when they feel heavy for their size and are dark in color. 🥑
Okay, so this avocado has NOTHING to do with tonight's giveaway, but don't you just love them!?🥑.
Creamy, delicious & so good for you, + this one is local + an avo featured on an album cover of one of my all time favourite bands, Pearl Jam!! What is not to love about that?.
