So I dont know why people hate doing cardio 🤔 Doing Cardio Exercise is challenging your Heart and Lungs to increase their Capacity to Supply More Blood and Work with outmost Efficiency by Purifying it .  Many People i have seen avoid Cardio cause they think that they will lose their musclemass doing so and also I have seen people doing Cardio to lose weight but u need to understand that losing weight and working on your Cardiovascular Endurance is two different things. 
1) If u have your Macronutrients Balanced , You will not lose musclemass by doing Cardio .
2) Do Cardio to Increase Capacity of your Heart and Lungs not for weightloss .
3) Strength Training is as much important as Cardio Training is . In Cardio you are working on heart and lungs but in strength training you are working on muscles to develop them .

Avocado with Crab Meat
makes 4 servings
.
1 ripe Hass avocado
3 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp sea salt, plus more for seasoning
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp paprika
Pinch red pepper flakes
6 oz. lump crab meat
4 large lettuce leaves

Peel and pit the avocado. Cut into small chunks. Place the chunks in a small bowl and toss them with
about half the lemon juice. Salt to taste. Divide into four portions and set aside.

Preheat the oven AND your baking sheet to 450🔥
Cut the brussel sprouts in halves or quarters.🔪
In a bowl toss them with half butter/half olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and whatever seasoning you like. We did thyme.🧂
Bake for about 30ish minutes.⏲

Who else loves cheesy foods?😉 CHEESE STUFFED JALAPENOS🌶

Ingredients:
2 light laughing cow cream cheese (1 Healthy Fat)
1/4 cup 2% reduced fat Mexican Three Cheese Blend (1/4 Lean)
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce - I left this out (1/2 Condiment)
3 to 4 Jalapenos, depends on size (1 Green)
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (1 Condiment)

Directions:
Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes. In a large saucepan, boil peppers in water for 5-10 minutes (the longer you boil the peppers, the milder they become). Drain and rinse in cold water; set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, beat the laughing cow cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce (optional). Spoon 2 teaspoonfuls into each jalapeno half; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Chewy Choc Chip Cookie Recipe 🍪🍪

Ingredients: - 1 cup (100g) spelt flour - 1/2 cup (40g) almond meal - 1/4 tsp salt - 3/4 tsp baking soda - 8 tbsp (120g) of skinny sugar - 1/3 cup choc chips/ 3 rows (75g) of chopped chocolate - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 2 tbsp (20g) coconut oil - 3 tbsp almond milk ————————————————————————
Method: 
1. Preheat oven to 180 degree 
2. In a bowl combine dry ingredients 
3. In a seperate bowl combine wet ingredients and add the dry ingredients. 
4. Mix until combined 
5. Spoon mixture into tray in even sized balls, spread apart as they expand in the oven 
6. Bake until golden on the edges (or 10 to 15 mins) 
7. Pull out of the oven and let rest on the tray for 10 mins to continue cooking 
8. Transfer cookies on to wire rack and let them cool 
9. Enjoy 😊
