Summer Roll, Autumn Roll, and Winter Roll! All are vegetarian and vegan! We decided to substitute the Spring Roll for another Summer Roll because the SpringRoll contains fake shrimp, and actually looks like shrimp! Too real for me to try haha but for those who don't mind definitely worth a shot!
Each of these seasonal rolls have something different and all are tasteful, healthy, and light wrapped in thin, white, soft, paper-like wrapper. You can dip them in peanut sauce, moong bean sauce, fake fish sauce, or my favorite -- chili sauce!
