Hey Entrepreneurs! Have you ever felt overwhelmed as a business owner? Do you feel like your mind is going a THOUSAND miles per hour and there’s just not enough time in the day to get EVERYTHING done? Hopping in between different tasks and new business ideas and LIFE?!?
Yep. Me too. So I wrote a book about it. Want to hear it, here we go... Scrambled Eggs is a Playbook to help Organize the Entrepreneurs Brain. If you’re anything like me, you are trying to manage a minimum of 20 tasks a day. This book will show you how to organize your brain, systematize your business, and enjoy your life as an owner, NOT just as a worker. .
If you are looking to start a business or already have one and you’re feeling overwhelmed, well doggonit, this book is for you!
Preorder today! Books are shipping the first week of October and will be signed by yours truly. One day that signature will mean something 😊 Love y’all!
When a friend asks you about her new dress, you never tell her it’s not that good but tell what she actually wants to hear, “It’s great!”. This is because we lack the trait of straightforwardness. Straightforwardness is something I’ve admired in a lot of people but have never been great at it myself.
A lot of us are not good at it. Maybe we are trying to protect the feelings of others and not hurting it by telling the truth or maybe we are concerned with our own feelings as nobody likes to feel uncomfortable and have an awkward conversation. But if you won’t tell your friend that she needs to have some other dress how is she going to figure it out? Or if somebody needs to improve in a specific thing how is he going to do it if nobody ever tell him?
Being straightforward not only helps to get things off your chest but also helps others to realize wherever others need to get improvement or change. This is actually telling the truth and not being mean. Most of the time being straightforward is mixed up with being mean and both of them are quite different. A lot of people commonly use the word “straightforward” when they describe something without hesitation and take pride over it. But if you say something without considering how it is going to affect the other person, you are being mean. Being straightforward is not being disrespectful. No matter who you talk to, it’s important to be respectful.
If you don’t like something criticize ideas, not people. Discuss it in a healthy manner and communicate effectively the information that both you and they can find useful and important. But if you are saying anything without considering others feelings means you are rude not straightforward. You may say that straightforwardness is actually a mixture of confidence and consideration. Being rude but hiding it behind the word "straightforward" is equal to being weak.🌸🌸

☕️📄📘For my birthday this year, I gave myself three things: @debcaletti ‘s new novel A HEART IN A BODY IN THE WORLD, a new coffee mug, and I FINALLY sent off another query letter 🙂⭐️
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported me at my A Fearless Journey to Motherhood book signing on Saturday! It was a success! I absolutely love sowing this seed of faith in the ttc journey of women, and watching it grow!

Yeah I totally wake up like this 😉 ⠀⠀
Actually, I usually wake up with mascara all over my face, hair in a knotted mess, and with a slightly bad attitude. ⠀⠀
I don’t have it all together. As much as I’d like to. ⠀⠀
I cry when I get mad. I can’t keep a secret, and I have full-on meltdowns when get too tired. ⠀⠀
I also get excited about working on my business after a long day of work. I make an effort to show up for my friends and family. And I actively try to improve myself day by day. ⠀⠀
It’s just about making an effort. No one expects you to be perfect and nobody expects you to wake up flawless. ⠀⠀
It’s literally all about consciously putting your best foot forward whenever you can. ⠀⠀
It’s about working hard, messing up, correcting yourself, and getting stronger and better with every experience. The best leaders are those who have been in the trenches and came out better for it. ⠀⠀
So share with me, what are your strengths and weaknesses? What makes you unique? What are some of your personal experiences? ⠀

When I cultivate time to reflect in nature, everything else falls away - and what I’m left with is peace of mind. To me that’s connected to my soul, my being, my witness to this movie I’m playing the part in. In those moments, much like when I’ve felt my brother carried on the ocean breeze, I know it doesn’t end. Energy can’t be broken. It may shift and bend, but never break...So what do I focus on in these moments of deep awareness?
Gratitude for this gift of life and the possibility of anything I wish to create. To get out of my own way is my reminder, and that deep trust is my engine and fuel to keep moving forward in the direction of my dreams.

｡☆✼★THE FALL BEFORE FLIGHT★✼☆｡
I didn’t try to kill myself. It was an accident.
No, more than that — a natural disaster.
Fate’s fickle lightning strike.
No one believes me. .
I can't blame them, really.
There’s something wrong with me.
I'm incapable of emotions that come naturally
to others. Fear, compassion, love... .
I might be a sociopath.
Everyone thinks I’m beyond help.
Everyone but Dr. Leo Chastain.
One of us is going to break the other... .
Care to place a bet?
The impulse to be perfect, to fit into a tight box of normalcy, started early for me. Raised in an unconventional family, I found safety and acceptance with my peers by appearing normalperfect. It was hard work. It felt oppressive - like death. Like I had to kill parts of myself to be liked. Then one day, I realized that the door to my cage was open. That my spirit can fly free and express through me the sparking magic that is my essence. I started caring more about my sense of freedom and happiness than what others thought of me. And somewhere on that journey, I became crazyweirdfree. And it’s blissful. Saying the things I’d previously have censored, owning my truest truth regardless of your agreement, and knowing that I’m inherently powerful no matter other people’s projections, I vibrate at my own frequency. And I love every minute of being alive. Love ❤️ Harmony #magical#powerful#powerfulwomen#memoir#authorsofinstagram#dignity#selflove#transformation#sovereign
