Well the Kings got a bit to smile about. So if your anywhere in Queensland you would of heard about the so called ‘croc population explosion ‘ which has been used as fuel to try and introduce a cull. We have all been desperate for croc numbers to be counted by scientists , experts in the field not by jo public’s mobile phone and politicians wanting to play with their guns. We just ask that science leads this bitter debate not hysteria. Well just now the first preliminary results have come through and ...there is no proof whatsoever that there is a crocodile population explosion, actually Queensland has a low croc population. So we asked the Kings his thoughts on the matter. “So it’s come to my attention once again you’re wrong, I could’ve told you that all along. So you say there’s no explosion of our population numbers we finally agree , you really need to count yourselves before before you count me. I’m an Apex predator been here long before, we saw the rise and fall of the dinosaur. And then you come along and change all that was , and you think this place is yours ....just because. But we’ve been through this before with your guns and your hate, just look around at the world you create. We are Apex predators the top link , cut down the top and what do you think ? It crashes down below it’s not that hard to understand, hey you there with your gun in your hand . We regulate our own numbers because that’s what we do, but I really can’t say the same about you. You took away most of our wet lands and breeding places too , and you’ve got the nerve to say there’s nothing left for you ! You need to look around and see what you’ve got, because from where I’m sitting you got a whole lot. “
Beautiful Point Cartwright!
Point Cartwright is the Northern end of the beaches running South from Mooloolaba, on the ocean side of the Mooloolah River mouth.
It has wonderful views over the ocean from the headland and back across the bay to the mountains, looking at Mooloolaba Beach and northwards. One of the best places on the SunshCoastoast where you can see the sunrise over the water.
