A while ago a friend travelled to Thailand & asked if I wanted him to bring anything back for me,,after some thought I said a little Buddha carving for my alter would be cool~
So on the weekend I received this! He chose it by which felt best, & unbeknownst to him of it’s meaning chose the 5 headed Ganesha!
Lord Ganesha represents pure consciousness & is known as the remover of obstacles, the Lord of beginnings & good fortune.
But the five faced form is called Panchamukhi Ganesha & is the embodiment of all forces/potencies.
The most relevant meaning I could find of the five-headed Ganesha is that these heads symbolise the five kosha or sheaths in the subtle anatomy of human beings;
Annamaya kosha: the physical/food body made of matter
Pranamaya kosha: the breath body, or life force/Prana representing the nadis, chakras & Kundalini
Manomaya kosha: the mind body/consciousness & organs of perception
Vijnanamaya kosha: the body of the Upper Consciousness/wisdom which forms the a link between the conscious mind, individual mind & universal mind
Anandamaya kosha: the body of Cosmic Bliss & represents the eternal centre of consciousness, the ultimate self
So Panchamukhi symbolises our entire body structure & the fifth head of Ganesh being the highest level of yogic experience, called Anandamaya kosha, or Sat-Chit-Ananda leads us to Ultimate Bliss in the end ~ The Pure Consciousness
#wow 😁 #ganesha#panchamukhi 🙏 #auspicious#soblessed 💚💙 #grateful#universeknows#intune#tunein#love
"The imagery of the cosmos is no more one of chaos and confusion, but a fusion of interconnectedness, fundamental unity and purpose. That fusion is the idea of divinity that is all-pervading both within and without and circling from vast to small and returning. At the core of that divinity, the Sun, the Circle in the center, the Chaitya, the sentient purusha evolving to become the all-embracing divinity and returning again as Great Birds to guide others back in this path. The return retracing the path is the Swastika sustaining evolution and involution in the universe." -Swastika, The Science & Heritage Initiative Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur

Oracles Daily Goddess Guidance:
Today’s message comes from the Goddess Lakshmi
Lakshmi or Laxmi is the goddess of wealth, fortune, power, luxury, beauty, fertility, and auspiciousness. Her image adorns most Hindu homes and business establishments because she holds the promise of material fulfillment and contentment.
Draped in a red saree adorned with gold ornaments, seated on a lotus, pot in hand, flanked by white elephants,
She is described as restless, whimsical yet maternal, her arms raised to bless and grant her blessings.
Shri is the sacred name of Lakshmi. Shri is written atop most documents and spoken before addressing any god, teacher/guru, holy man or anyone considered revered. The word evokes grace, affluence abundance, auspiciousness and authority. When the word is spoken or written an aura of holiness is established. Whatever follows is imbued with divine blessing. Just as the word "Om" is associated with the mystical side of life, Shri is associated with the material side of existence.
Lakshmi represents the beautiful and bountiful aspect of nature. As Bhoodevi, the earth-goddess, she nurtures life; as Shreedevi, the goddess of fortune, she bestows power, pleasure and prosperity to those deserving of her grace. To really realize her, one must respect the laws of life and appreciate the wonders of existence. * She reminds you that you and your loved ones are protected and provided for. Release any fears about the future and only hold the thoughts and intentions you really want to manifest. When you have good faith and intentions, your needs will always be met. Never worry about money, visualize abundance.

Happy 1-Year 'My Actual Purpose' Career Anniversary to me. One year ago today I submitted myself (and landed) my first acting gig (an ad that's apparently gotten some play at tech conferences and trade shows in Singapore this past month... lol what a strange coincidence, I haven't lived there in 26 years but I'm there now)
And last week-- just one week shy of this anniversary-- I signed with my first agent @fountainheadtalent and am no longer self-represented. This blows my mind. I keep itching to get on the boards and groups to submit myself to keep up my momentum, but it's like, it's ok, now I get to focus less on the admin side and more on the creative, and that just blows my mind all over again.
Dec 7th... Another fun fact: 4 years ago on this date I had my first super cool go at stand-up (at Absolute Comedy) and today for lunch I walked right by it to go have a super cool lunch at Banh Mi Boys.
Don't ever tell me I should hate winter and freezing chilly days. I love it. •
Gosh there's too much in this one single post; acting, anniversaries, agents, stand-up, delicious Korean fast food, the weather. I hope just one of those things excited you as much as it did me. Thanks for your good vibes and beautiful support this past year and prior. I've loved working with you and can't wait to do more. •
