A coaching topic that came up with different clients recently was resistance to doing things that suit YOU best in YOUR business.
I'm not talking about an "it's all about me" mentality, as it's all about your clients and customers.
What I am talking about is NOT BEING AFRAID to work in the way that suits you best.
Eg: - Working with who YOU want to work with (not just any old Joe) - don't be desperate, it often leads to other problems. -Selling your products/workshops and THEN buying the necessary equipment and creating the materials (not before). - Building enough time into your schedule to be able to do your work properly, I've had clients wait for a month or longer to work with me because it doesn't serve them or me to squeeze them into a packed schedule - this isn't McDonald's! Quality not quantity is my motto.
Let me know your thoughts.
"Every dollar you spend... or don't spend... is a vote you cast for the world you want." Wow, we hear a lot of quotes but I think this one is gonna stick with me!! We often don't think we have any power, but we do!! It's sitting right inside our pockets.
So lets make sure we're sowing seeds into businesses that are honest and truly value people & the environment 🌿
First time back squatting in about 6 weeks as I’ve finally got over some left elbow pain that wasn’t allowing me to rack the bar correctly. Kept it relatively light and high volume with a 3x12 @100 and then a 1x12 @110 (shown). A key point that popped up today when training with @jaggyjag in regards to squats. Train your glutes! The power and explosiveness out of the bottom of your squat stems primarily from the glutes and hamstrings. Also, to counteract your knees caving in as you ascend, you use a lot of glute medius, thus strengthening the glutes can help to prevent hip abduction and hip external rotation! I’ll post some glute strengthening exercises in future videos

2 years and 3 months ago I thought breast implants would make me happier, more confident.
I have started feeling terrible just few months after the surgery:
* Muscle pain
* Fatigue, all day every day * Joint pain (hip, hands, wrist)
* Memory loss/forgetfulness, tripping on words, concentration problems
* Dry mount, skin
* Hormone imbalance * Inflammation
* Tiredness * Weakness
* Back pain
* Dry skin
* Loss of libido
* Cold hand and feet
And the worse of all I developed:
* Hashimoto’s thyroiditis * Lekay gut
* tones of food intolerances (dairy, potatoes, soy, egg whites, nut, seeds, paprika, eggplant...) I have tears in my eyes, as I am extremely happy to make this decision and have implants removed. I can’t wait!
It’s 26 days until my breast explant surgery.
I’ve learned that having “foreign object” in your body can cause autoimmune reaction can attack our body, causing in my case autoimmune disease and a lot of pain.
I am really grateful that I was exposed to this information https://healingbreastimplantillness.com/breast-implant-symptoms/ @breast_implant_illness & Ellenie whom I met here on Instagram @the_lchf_lifestyle ❤️ _______________________________________________________________
