Not a lot of sunshine out there today, but I’m cozy and warm in my office thanks to this lovely cup of vanilla rooibos from @walters_bay_tea . @fresaschicken for lunch! Finally tried their chicken wings 🤤 OMG I could eat so many of them ‼️ Also their corn is smothered in deliciousness 🌽 And their entire menu is gluten free besides the flour tortillas so it makes it super easy to find something to eat there ❤️

Caldo de Camaron | Shrimp Caldo
In the beginning of the video I’m moving around the the shrimp heads wrapped in a cheesecloth to make it easy to take out since I’m only extracting the flavor out of them.
After 20 minutes of simmering I add carrots and potatoes. The shrimp are the very last thing you add because of how fast they cook.
