Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Bladeworks
Genres: Shounen, Action, Fantasy, Romance
My least favorite route in the Fate/Stay Night mainly because Rin is my least favorite girl. However, it's story was still good, not as dark as Heaven's Feel but still good.
The characters were great with all the major characters getting development. Shirou started as a generic main character but when he was developed he became really likeable. In all honesty, I didn't like Rin too much I found her really annoying as I do with most tsunderes but I can't take say she wasn't a good female lead because she was. Saber was enjoyable and she had her cute moments. Archer had really good development and was probably my favorite character. I liked Caster a lot more than I thought I would've. I hated Shinji from day 1 because was just a dick.
Unlimited fucking budget works. (Bad pun). This series looked great with perfectly animated fight scenes and an art style accurate to the VN.
Great soundtracks with some good voice acting and even better engrish on Archer's part. The second season has my favorite anime opening of all time, Brave Shine.
Overall, a really good Shounen series with good characters and excellent fight scenes. I tried to not be that guy and mention Fate/Zero throughout the review because it isn't a comparison.
