Love it when you make something out of all the random leftovers in your fridge while you're waiting for payday and it turns out delicious. Soba noodle salad with baby gem hearts, carrot, radish, coriander, smoked tofu and an Asian peanut and lime dressing (sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, peanut butter, garlic and ginger). And 35g vegan protein in readiness for two hours of pole practice later!
Well guys, I finally did it!! I made cauliflower in a way I actually find edible!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I hate cauliflower. Like, everyone substitutes it for all carbs and happiness in their lives, and I'm just not on that same page. 🙅🏼😂
But... I Whipped up some beef vegetable stir fry with cauliflower fried rice for dinner last night and it did NOT disappoint! I honestly didn't even feel like I was missing out on the rice!
