Today I feel like cooking and eating something homey to me. Finished work early and went to get all the ingredients I needed. Within 1.5 hrs the meal is ready from scratch. Slicing the eye fillet thinly was the only task took abit of time, other than that all cooking are pretty quick and easy. So I cooked pan fried sea bream topped with fried ginger, garlic, chilli, shallots and soy sauce. Beef stir fried with lots of ginger, garlic, chilli, shallots and black pepper 姜葱牛肉。 Stir fried broad beans, red capsicum, onion, fresh shiitake mushroom, garlic and ginger.

Made a quick soup tonight! Chicken meatballs filled with ginger, garlic, scallions, soy sauce and sesame oil. Pretty basic chicken broth and rice noodles. Added in some hoisin and sriracha at the end. Going to try adding some more things in next time, but it was pretty good! #soup#soupweather#asianflavours
