Here’s something easy you can make and freeze. I made them for kids after school snacks. Super easy!
I took the recipe from my Paleo Takeout Recipe Book by Russ Crandall (Buy the book on bookdepository.com.) How to make them?
Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1tsp of tamari and 1/2 tsp of beef gelatin (herb.com) into a bowl and mix. Give it 5 min to rest. Then add 2lbs of ground beef, 1/4 cup tapioca starch, 1/2 tsp of sea salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/f tsp baking soda 1/4 ground ginger. Now mix and transfer to food processor. Give it a 1-2 minute spin at medium speed. You are done now. Just make the balls (easier if you have damp hands). You can grill them, throw them in water or just steam them. They only take like 5 minutes to cook.
Dip them in your favorite tamari or amino seasoning and some chilli sauce.
