For the parents who were stood beside me as I smiled with my heart and soul seeing the recycled robot army unleashed by our 60 children.
For the parents who stood beside me muttering under their breath "Aw Jesus, where am I going to put that"
For the parents who now have a 4 foot robot made out of cereal boxes and sticky tape.
For the parent who now has a child with a robot helmet on walking home in the rain
I see you. I see you. I see you. I see you.
I have today given a presentation to 60 5-6 year olds at early years in my kids school about what I do. The robot schoolroom was a gift to them for looking after both my smalls over the years .
After introductions I covered the free art movement . My use of robots for charity and philanthropy and how I draw inspiration from kindness, altruism, Buddhism, zen, geekery, literature music and horology. The passage of time and our inevitable demise and decay into the void, thus the importance of keeping creativity alive throughout your life for your own mental health, wellbeing and to have something to do while the world collapses around us... .. Their little faces tho.... so cute... but a little vacant, so I adjusted my v for vendetta mask and asked them what they thought of Donald Trump.
