"We can always choose to perceive things differently. You can focus on what's wrong in your life, or you can focus on what's right."
Adding a new wrinkle to the drawing itself, which is very much in line with the concept of the piece. However, it will be very interesting to see how this turns out... Stay tuned!
This week's theme is going to be individuals who inspire me 🖤
Lately I been demotivated with my life, on account of that I want to remind myself all these amazing people
Day 15: Abdul Kalam ji
These are a few incidents which prove that he is not only a great president but also a great teacher, wonderful boss and a great human being.
During a hectic project, one of the 70 scientists working on it asked Dr Kalam if he could leave at 5.30 pm that evening as he had promised to take his kids to an exhibition.Dr. Kalam gave him permission.
However, the scientist got busy with work only to realise that it was 8.30 pm. When he looked for his boss, he wasn't there. Guilty for having disappointed his kids, he went back home only to find that his kids weren't there. When he asked his wife where they were, she replied, "You don't know? Your manager came here at 5.15 pm and took the children to the exhibition."
Dr. Kalam was invited as the chief guest at the convocation ceremony at IIT, Varanasi. Five chairs were put on the stage, the middle one being for Kalam and the others for the university officials. When Dr. Kalam noticed that his chair was bigger in size than the others, he refused to sit on it and politely asked the vice-chancellor to sit instead. When the chancellor did not, another chair of the same size was made available for Dr. Kalam!
A man who spent 5 decades in public service, owned a wrist watch, six shirts, four trousers, three suits, and pair of shoes. People's president.
PS: I know a long post but worth sharing 🖤

Wow I can get over how much I love these projection map art installs! Last week @vizzy_wiz came down with me to Malibu and set up this peice with video nearly 6ft wide. You will definitely be seeing more of these in the future.
Last month at the New Museum in New York, Sarah Lucas, who is known for her work with eggs, revisited them on a grand scale in a staging of her participatory piece "One Thousand Eggs: For Women." It involves 1,000 eggs for women to throw against a wall to make a painting that will be on view in her retrospective which opened at the New Museum on September 26. Pretty cool concept. What do you think of the piece?
