HT: CHE 2-2 ARS
🔴 After what was probably the worst 30 minutes of football I've ever seen Arsenal play, the gunners came through in the last 15 coming back from a 2-0 deficit to score two goals making it 2-2. —————
🔴 Mkhitaryan, Bellerin and Auba played awfully in the first 30', but after the first goal we scored Bellerin and Mkhitaryan picked up their performances making our right hand side of the pitch go from a bunch of girl scouts to deadly S.A.S mother fuckers getting up all over Chelsea.
🔴 Clinically we can do a lot better, Iwobi, Auba (twice) and Mkhitaryan all missed from the same area inside the box, and I think Laca needs to come on, he's a poacher and thrives in those areas.
🔴 Recommended subs: Auba off for Laca, Lichtsteiner on for Bellerin and Cech for Leno.

Yesterday, Arsenal lost 2-0 to the best team in England, and arguably, the best team in the world at the moment. And yes, we didn’t create many chances, and yes we gave the ball away, and yes we lost! But it is the first game of the season, and already AFTV have got videos online stating how poor almost every Arsenal player was yesterday! People who are supposed to be our “fans”. We need to stick behind the club and support them when things aren’t going our way. That’s the only way things will get better. But again, it was the first game of the season, and there’s still 37 league games left plus 3 cup competitions that aren’t even underway yet. So if you are one of the fans who have not taken any positives from yesterday, then honestly go support another club.
FULL TIME: MANCHESTER CITY 2-0 ARSENAL
Second half performances went down hill dramatically. Communication was poor, and inevitably led up to poor passes and losing possession in both halves. Guendouzi made two poor mistakes, contrasting poorly with his great first half performance. Özil couldn't really find his rhythm and a couple of his through balls went nowhere. Mkhitaryan didn't have much impact.
On the other hand, there were some notable performances by Cech, Bellerin, Torreira and at times Lacazette and Auba played well. Torreira was full of life and commanded his area of the pitch, shower great discipline and a defensive attitude. Lichtsteiner played well, overlapping with Auba and Özil putting pressure onto City's defence, and almost getting an assist with Özil's missed shot (scuffed)
Overall Arsenal played well, they played out the back no matter what, and its about getting used to a new style of play after having played Wengerball for so long. There were a few mistakes, the defence (mainly Mustafi) is still looking shaky and I feel Mavropanos should have come on for Mustafi. Arsenal seemed out of breath by the 65th minute and had lacked what they had in the first half which was Aaron Ramsey's energetic attacking play. 2 of the 3 midfielders in the first half kept attacking with the forwards in the first half which gave us 4 chances in the first half, and in the second it was just Özil out of the 3 midfielder that attacked and it just made us look weak. IMO the formation was all wrong, should have gone for a 4-2-3-1. Chelsea next, better focus on that game
⚪Stan Kroenke who owns %66.73 of Arsenal shares is set to become the sole owner of Arsenal FC by buying out Alisher Usmanov's %33.37 shares for around £600m, valuing Arsenal FC at around £1.25bn ⚪On the plus side, there will be no more tug of war with board meetings, the owner will push the club in one direction only, and there will be no conflicts of interest. As well as this, Kroenke has shown he is willing to listen to the fans and gave Unai Emery a £70M extra spending budget, along with all other winnings during the 17/18 season. ⚪However, Kroenke's past has shown him to be careless of the club, and rarely let the fans have any say whatsoever, so tension has been building over the idea of Mr. Kroenke owning the whole club. ⚪Overall, Kroenke is facing harsh words from many of the fans and many are reluctant to let him take Arsenal on the whole. Stan Kroenke owns several US based clubs in other sports such as LA Rams in the NFL and Colorado Rapids in the MLS, so in my own opinion, having a majority share holder take the club completely isn't a bad idea, and Kroenke has demonstrated his wishes to coincide his beliefs and the fans beliefs for what is good for Arsenal.

On pouvait discuter, oui...
There is real interest in Arsenal bringing in Ousmané Dembélé on loan. 😮
It’s still VERY unlikely but Sven Mislintat has been trying to find a way to make it a beneficial deal for both parties. 🤝
Would the €115 million winger fit in with the current Arsenal squad? 🔴
