1️⃣ Regular dumbbell presses for the middle part of your chest muscles.
2️⃣ Inclined dumbbell presses for the upper part of your chest muscles.
3️⃣ Declined dumbbell presses for the lower part of your chest muscles.
🔺 You can do the same exercises in the smith machine as well (or in the cable).
⚠️ Keep your movement slow and controlled to get the right contact and to avoid injures!

Since I’m going to our summer place next week I have to reschedule some workouts to be able to do as many as I want. Therefore a second leg day this week. Love the flow I’m into right now!

Chest and triceps became my start workout and since I’ve decided to try some running again before the year is over I ran 20min on the treadmill afterwards. 👊🏻💦 It actually felt better than expected! 👌🏻❤️
Don’t wait until the goal is finished, fall in love with the process! 💙 -0,9kg this week and a total of -13,5kg (9w) now.
