A beautiful open space sprawls the first floor of this home. Guests are met with an eclectic and simple seating arrangement and immediately drawn toward the kitchen and dinning areas, which seem to go on for ever! Here's a little throwback for you all to enjoy! This project was everything a modern build should be, inside and out. Here we see a beautiful ratio of warm and smooth textures from the horizontal wood lats to smooth concrete to grey shale stonework. This angular exterior moves away from the 'boxy' modern look but still holds those iconic thick rimmed rectangular windows we love so much. Oh the curb appeal, right!?
