My Personal Climax of the Night was Chef Ben Ungermann Nasi Goreng for Dessert 👍👌👏 #somethingdifferent out of the Box kinda ending dish.
Sambal Ice Cream, puffed rice, kecap manis, rice coconut mouse, citrus meringue shards, Emping with White Chocolate & Chilli.
My Main course was #toogood for Words as i dont eat beef i got Chef Hamish's Special "Ravioli al Tartufo', #overwhelming vegetarian ravioli #truffle all the way.
Others were relishing Chef Gilles Tender Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Cheeks.
Have not had much of Chef Chris Salans dishes lately, this one is still lingering in my mouth, Roasted Qwehli Monkfish 👌with Kaluga Caviar & t Fennel in Kaffir Lime dressing #fusiontaste#deliciou .
