How do we get over the anger? By dealing with the hurt. How do we deal with the hurt? By understanding grace & forgiveness. How do we understand grace & forgiveness? By having a true sense in how WE need it.
You see anger is chocking us out! We are the ones that have the noose around our neck. And we are the ones suffering. Nothing greater than saying, "I forgive you". It's so freeing.
Being reminded by God to put my anxiety upon Him. Human perception is limited. Even though all seems bleak right now, remember that He is the light and will guide you to the place where He wants you to be
And every time anxiety attack remember this : Just because you ‘feel’ an emotion does not mean the thought behind it is true🙏🏻
Let’s talk about judgement. We’ve all been judged and we’ve all judged someone before. ❌ Back when I was considering starting this new fitness journey, I was terrified of what people would think, so bad that I waited 2 YEARS before signing up. So I’ve started this account as a kind of journal to update with my anxiety ups and downs.
I’ve always been a worrier, it’s just part of me. But when I fell pregnant with my 2nd child something changed. By 9 weeks pregnant I was in such a bad way with my anxiety I was signed off work, this happened several times in 9 months. Everything was a challenge and the sense of fear constantly was exhausting. No warning it just happened.
It didn’t get better over the whole pregnancy but now just over a year a year since it started I am determined to get back on track. I have really bad days and really good days. Panic attacks when things actually seem to be going fine.
