Happy Friday! 🙌🙌🎉 Ready for another weekend with some great friends! The Great American Beer Fest is here in Denver, and even though I'm not going I'm definitely going to be drinking some Colorado beer! 🍻🍻
Falling head over heels in love with this practice 💙
Not pictured: me almost falling into the crack, off the cliff and dying- thanks @shelbrose_ for saving me. You’re a great friend. 😘
When you get to the top of the mountain and just need a little nap! 💕 This is how I'm feeling this week! It's been a rollercoaster of busy days, exciting days, and extremely stressed out days! I can't decide if I just want to drink a lot of Colorado beer this weekend, go on a long hike, or just sleep! 😂😂 Which one sounds best?! 🤔
The only thing that is impossible is what your mind thinks to be impossible - this is one of the many reasons I love yoga because it has retrained my mind to believe that the impossible is possible. .
I never thought I’d be able to do king dancer, especially after hiking. I never thought I’d be able to do headstands so comfortably, pincha or handstands. If you dedicate yourself to the process of changing your thoughts. Your reality will change too 💫
Fall is almost here and that means goodbye to summer festivals and concerts! ☹️ I had such a great time photographing this free concert at the @anythinklibraries in Thornton! The kids were dancing and playing the whole time! 🙌 Made my job super easy! 😁😁
Sometimes you just need a break. We had some of our closest friends visit us for a few days and I decided to unplug from the gram on all the accounts I run and damn did it feel good. It’s odd how you need to unplug to be more connected and more present but it was so amazing so spend a few days vacationing where you live, especially when CO ⛰ is so damn beautiful.
Side note, did you know that I was introduced to @mattgasmovic through @yogi_mo420 and @briansutton18 - so I’m pretty much eternally grateful for y’all 😘
