Watkins Glen is INCREDIBLE 🙌🏽 it’s basically a gorge with an endless cascading waterfall with a path and these enchanting little bridges every now and then. We straight up felt like we were in Fern gully here! (Raise your hand if you know what we’re talking about hahaha #oldmoviesreference )
What’s SUP? 😂
Trying out @seasonsationalish new Stand Up Paddleboard and it was awesome!
I definitely think that staying active should be fun and doesn’t always require walking the treadmill at the gym 💪🏼
I’m always trying to find new activities that I enjoy and keep me in shape! It’s honestly easier said than done.
However, rock climbing is next on my must-try list! Anyone out there tried rock climbing somewhere in Omaha? 👀
Since we first announced our joining of the #tinylivingmovement , the biggest question we’ve received is: but what about work? Money is nice to have, we agree, and we do have bills to pay, so I get why it’s the number one question! Here’s a little peak into my husband’s and my work - @exploreyourstory! We are filmmakers for adventurous souls and the wild at heart. It’s a beautiful and difficult job and a responsibility we are honored to have. We feel seriously lucky to be able to join our clients on one of the biggest days of their lives. We’re adding some video + photo packages for 2019 and we couldn’t be more thrilled to keep growing this thing while we take our family tiny.🖤 #exploreyourstory
Happy international yoga day! What a beautiful tool this practise is. It brings me back into my body when I’m lost in my head. Back to what’s important. The fact that I’m breathing. The most simple thing. It happens all day long. It’s what keeps us here in these beautiful bodies of ours.
What a gift our bodies are and yoga is a time to say thank you to the body. One movement and one breath at a time.
So proud of this one for completing her teacher training this year 🙌 @cvmv
