Post-workout breakfast this morning was vanilla protein porridge. Much needed after a 6am 5 km run and a core circuit 😤😰 Made with @flahavansuk organic jumbo oats, @thechiaco chia seeds, @alpro unsweetened almond milk/ water mix, @twochicksproducts egg whites and @nutristrength vanilla vegan protein. Topped with warmed berries, cinnamon and @meridianfoods almond butter 😋
Now off to get a coffee before a 12.5 hour shift ☕🙊🙌
Out of all the place I would expect to find a decent range of ‘free from’ products it a @spar Having only just popped in quickly to grab some bread yesterday this range of food took up nearly half of 1 aisle which for a Spar shop is pretty awesome compared to some. There is your standard bread, cakes, biscuits and dry goods on offer, UHT milks and pastas. Good for you Spar, hopefully more and more small stores like this can see the need for these foods and cater for all, inclusive of all dietary needs! I also appreciated the cheeky offers too ☺️ have you found ‘free from’ food from a random place................? Let me know 👇🏻🙌🏻💡

Als „Grundlage“ hab ich wieder die Quarkalternative von @alpro mit etwas Wasser 💦, Powerfood ✨ und gefrorenen Beeren 🍇 gemixt. 😍
Oben drauf kamen dann noch 🍐- und 🍎stückchen, gehakte Nüsse 🌰 und etwas Erdnussmus. 🥜
Es war wie immer so sooo lecker. 🤤
