Lifting weights won't make you bulker. The chemical makeup in females won't allow it u less you eat triole + your calorie intake and/or take supplements to boost testosterone and decrease estrogen.
Doing cardio burns calories WHILE you do it. It doesn't provide that slow burn loooooooong after like lifting weights do. You can lift weights and still burn calories as you sleep! 👌
You don't have to be afraid to try lifting weights. I started lifting 10lbs for leg day 3 years ago. Then worked my way up to 40lbs before I brokw my knee cap which had me starting with 0lbs 2 years ago. Today fully recovered from that injury Im confidently sumo squating 52lbs and thinking of buy a 65lb dumbbell.

Today was a G R E A T day full of self-care. Started with a relaxing morning with my little fam💕🐾, some much needed personal development while getting ready for the day, then to get my nails and brows done, grocery shop and grab lunch with my honey. We came home to do a couple chores and prepare for the week ahead. 🙌🏻 I love weekends that allow me to catch up and get my life back together, anyone with me on that? 🤷🏼♀️ I am finally starting to get my groove back and feel myself again since starting my teaching job. It hasn’t been easy, my mind has drifted to dark places, I’ve struggled, I’ve had good days and not so good days but my motto since day one has been to never give up, keep trying, do my best and forget the rest... and I feel like it is all finally starting to fall into place and level out. ✨ I can’t wait to share more about my job with you all, how I am balancing it all and start accepting new coaches onto my team again. I would have totally lost my way mentally, physically and emotionally without this community and healthy way of life [#balancedbabesproject 💪🏻] and it would be wrong of me not to share this with all the other busy babes out there. ☺️ but I’ll save that for another post. ✌🏻Happy Saturday, hope you also took the time to do something for you today. ❤️

The boys room is still a blank canvas ... I’m digging through storage boxes and searching online for the perfect things to fill up this space! Can’t wait to share all the kids rooms once I get the finishing touches complete! Also the boys have ridiculously high ceilings, you can’t tell in this pic but they are tall! They also have the best view from both the loft and their window! If I didnt hate stairs so much I would rock paper scissors for this room!
