Day one on plan.. stayed in bed a little too long, so didn't manage to have a proper breakfast 2x HiFi as hexb will do.. lunch was a ham and Turkey double meat salad and I have paprika and garlic chicken with veg for dinner.. syns of skimmed milk 150ml for 2 syns and a chocolate brownie fibre one for 4 syns... leaving me with 9 syns.. incase of a tea or coffee mishap after I finish my hexa.. kinda didnt use my hexa 🙈🙈🙈 also lots of speed/free fruit and veg as snacks throughout the day.. my colleague called me rabbit haha!🐰🐰 #slimmingworld#slimmimgworlduk#dayone#healthyliving#healthyeating#lovelife#food#allforme

: When I re-set myself for this journey i ended up asking a #wwmember for advice as I was seriously (and still do) struggle with the freestyle program. I was REACHING out asking for advice and I was told that “what most people do who are successful avoid the carbs for two meals and only eat them at one” wellllllllll scuse meh because I didn’t sign up for #carbless any day or keto or Atkins. I joined this program so I could learn and relearn how to fuel my body - and still eat the damn bread and I will. 🥖 🥔 🍝 🍎 🍉 Truth is ALLLLLL food has carbs. Ya just can’t shove chips and a loaf of bread in ya face daily and expect your running to be better and your mindset turned not to turn into mush. Anyways eat ya carbs and be healthy.

I think it’s, now, fair to say this shirt is too big! It’s getting to the point where it’s feeling heavy and getting in the way when doing cardio.... Can not believe I’m saying this! 😮 ••
On a real note, this week is the worst. Ladies, you know what I’m talking about. Those few days before our friend comes around, you feel 10 pounds heavier, want to wear all baggy clothes while eating all the carbs and sweets there is😩
Studies show you actually have more energy at this time, and I am a FIRM believer of that. Of course, I’ll be cautious and listen to my body when it’s time to rest. But seeing my results, I refuse to break my habit of working out 💪🏻
