Our daughter was that child that would only eat Mac n cheese, pizza, candy, pancakes, muffins, breads, and only the sweet sweet fruits. After some time and patience (and I mean over a year of diet transition) of figuring out how to get sea moss, tamarind juice, elderberry, dandelion root teas, varieties of fruits to fuel her body...She is finally eating a vegetable without it being hidden. I hide kale in her spaghetti sauce. This is marrungay/moringa. I cooked it just like how my mom did for us. She ate it without thinking twice! That's a huge step. So don't give up guys. Be persistent with your kids and show them that you eat it too! Eventually their palate will change and they'll enjoy the more alkaline foods. 💚💚💚💚

Perfect veggie juice recipe for people who hate greens.
~3 red bell peppers
~1 inch ginger
~1 inch turmeric
Optional : lemon and /or grapefruit.
Note- this is pure juice not a blended smoothie (I love smoothies too, but when in need for quick energy boost I go for alkaline juice). I use Omega Juicer.
But any other juicers will do.
Just use cold press juicers.
And let me tell you this- one glass of alkaline (veggies or fruit low in sugar) juice will really add to your wellbeing and help you increase your energy.
That shift alone is a big game changer.
Focus on ADDING.
And seriously....whatever diet you follow you can always add more nutrient packed alkaline foods into your diet.

PUMPKIN 🎃 CHIA PUDDING INGREDIENTS
✔️2 cups coconut water or filtered water
✔️1/2 cup cashews
✔️1/4 cup pumpkin puree (organic canned) or fresh pumpkin
✔️2 tbsp. coconut oil
✔️1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
✔️1 tsp. cinnamon
✔️1/4 tsp. nutmeg
✔️3 medium sized dates
✔️1/8 tsp. sea salt (Celtic Grey, Himalayan, or Redmond Real Salt)
✔️2 tsp. vanilla (I prefer Medicine Flower Vanilla, 15 drops)
✔️6 tbsp. chia seeds
DIRECTIONS - Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the chia in blender until thoroughly mixed (40-60 seconds). Then on lowest variable speed, add in your chia seeds, and blend on low speed for one minute to mix chia. If you don’t have a variable speed blender, mix chia with a spoon.
Add into an airtight container, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving. Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg powder.

Cows milk is specifically designed by God to turn an 80 lb calf into an 800 lb monster. Even the calf knows when it should stop nursing. We are the only species to drink milk from another species and the only species to drink milk after infancy. Cows milk is full of growth hormones and IGF (insulin growth factor). It spikes the insulin and wrecks havoc on our bodies. Cows milk is extremely mucus forming and acidic and can actually cause osteoporosis and many other issues. The calcium they claim that’s in milk cannot be assimilated due to the acidity. The acidity actually causes our bodies to leech minerals such as calcium from our bones to eliminate the acids (a primary cause of osteoporosis) Cows milk is one of the main reasons why we see girls maturing so young and teenagers with such horrible acne. Acne is not a part of growing up, it’s a sign that something is not right inside. All symptoms for that matter are signs of an underlying issue. You wouldn’t drink dog milk, giraffe milk or hamster milk so why cows milk? Because it’s what we are taught, it’s cultural, it’s traditional. If your parents drank giraffe milk and their parents and so on, you would probably be drinking it too. When we follow our parents patterns it becomes tradition and when enough people begin to follow that pattern in a society, it then becomes cultural. And after enough generations it becomes “normal”. This doesn’t make it morally acceptable, healthy or right. I won’t even get into the torture these cows go through to supply so many people with something that’s not in one way beneficial. It’s easy to follow patterns and to get comfortable doing so. It takes courage to question what we have been taught but truth and better health is available to those who have that courage.
Pretty much what my fridge looks like. I took this a while ago and I say that because I’ve been consuming the same foods for a year a few months now. #nutrition is everything and the base for life. I following a veggie diet and have been because of the components it has with connection to you being whole as a human. There’s so much to say about this subject but it all comes down to your body’s #alkalinity level. “Bad foods, unhealthy foods” have 1 underlying factor and that is #ingredients . If you want to be disease free, your body has to be #acidic free. For those that do not know, #alkaline is what nature created, acidic is what man created. There is only one disease in the world, and that is mucus. No matter what disease you have...a flu, HIV, cancer, headache, joint pain, stress, depression, schizophrenia, lupus, blindness, asthma, a common cold, acne, on and on and on, the only reason why you could have these issues is because one of your systems has been taken over by mucus (which depletes oxygen from the system that’s effected). It’s very simple, something school has never taught us. Our bodies are alive, were living creatures and need oxygen to survive, so you continuously eating acidic food..it’ll create havoc inside outside your body. This is why I eat healthy. Don’t get it wrong I fuck up all the time (just not with meat) but I don’t do it often, and I workout 4-5 time a week if not more. It’s been a long journey up to here and what I know about the body today.
