Keep 2-3 glasses of water in a copper vessel overnight, and drink it in the morning. (Do not overdo the process, 2-3 glasses is sufficient for a day). The best part about this water is that it never becomes stale and can be stored this way for long periods of time. • Copper is known to be oligodynamic in nature (the sterilizing effect of metals on bacteria), and can destroy bacteria very effectively. When you eat raw nuts and seeds, you are helping your body move away from SUGAR as your primary source of fuel, to burning FAT!
RAW nuts and seeds have an anti-inflammatory effect to your cells, blood, brain, & body.

The simple act of dry roasting nuts and seeds turns a healthy nutrient powerhouse into a highly inflammatory, trans-fatty acid (which is BAD!).
This process oxidizes the fats in the nuts and seeds, damaging the once healthy fat, reducing their nutrient content and leading to the formation of a harmful substance called acrylamide.

💧Water is LIFE. Without H2O, life as we know it would cease to exist. On average, the body of an adult human being contains 60% water. Most of the water in the human organism is contained inside our cells. In order to maintain our bodies design, we must consume water-rich, alkaline forming foods to hydrate at a cellular level, and maintain our natural Ph balance. Human life requires a tightly controlled pH level in the serum of about 7.4 (7.0 being neutral/a slightly alkaline range of 7.35 to 7.45) to survive.-
When alkaline forming foods are metabolized, they will leave behind alkaline trace minerals, such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. When degenerative, acid forming foods are consumed they break down and leave an acid ash residue of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.
Acids dehydrate, burn, inflame, break down tissues, joints, muscles and cause pain. Alkaline hydrates, cools, soothes, promotes cellular regeneration, and is anti-inflammatory.-
At a cellular level the average human is chronically dehydrated with acidosis, from decades of eating acid forming- dehydrating foods. (Animal corpses,”meat”, secretions/ pregnant cow breast milk" dairy", unfertilized bird eggs, starches, grains, refined sugars, cooked/processed foods, high protein foods)-
The water found in fruit is living enzyme, electric, water, naturally filtered though the plant, it is the best source of water we have on the planet. Since going raw I hardly drink any water EVER, I’m always hydrated from the foods I eat.
When we eat water-rich foods, we absorb water more slowly because it is trapped in the structure of these foods. That slow absorption means the water in food stays in our bodies longer, and brings a multitude of additional benefits. -One study, by researchers at the University of Aberdeen Medical School, found that the natural sugars, proteins, mineral salts and vitamins in water-rich fruits and vegetables means they also supplement the nutrients lost through exercise. This type of hydration is called 'structured water'.
