This rainbow macaron is such a food fantasy😍The crunchiness of it matches so well with the rich baileys ice cream. Defo a to-go for my sweet tooth before travelling👅

This is a *terrible* place — the lukewarm mushy-skinned chicken gyoza tasted like it was packed with lumps of wet cornstarch (not an exaggeration) and the ramen broth was fine but there wasn’t anything to the bowl besides a big bunch of bamboo shoots and two tasteless pieces of pork. 👎 #lunch#nyc#jfkairport#airportfood
Is it even Christmas without a glistening glazed ham? This roasted honey, mango and soft brown sugar glazed leg ham served with bubble and squeak potato, roasted baby carrot, charred Brussel sprouts with mango and honey pan jus was spot on thanks to the wonderful team at The Botanist Kitchen and Bar.

So, we haven't featured many of the eating and shopping places at Kotoka lately as many are now actually just opening up at the new international terminal. We plan on beginning to feature some of the best and interesting ones here.
We'll start this week, with Wafflemania ( @wafflemaniagh ) 🤣.
Located in Arrivals area of T3, they serve warm and tasty...you guessed it... Waffles! They also serve great local Ghanaian dishes as they mix American and African cuisine deliciously, from breakfast to dinner.
They open all throughout the day til 10pm, everyday. A cosy place to eat and do some work at the same time as they feature power sockets and USB charging points on tables.🔌
If you're waiting for friends and family at Arrivals and feel peckish at anytime, do give them a try 😋 (they have very friendly staff 🙋♂️🙋♀️).

Finals are ~basically~ over and I’m on my way home. So, that means time to post again!
Starting winter break off by treating myself to these treats from the airport terminal. Two types of vegan jerky:
1. @coconut_jerky ‘s Chili Lime Flavor, paleo (if you’re into that, coconut based (!!!), thin fun texture and great taste
2. @primalkitchenfoods ‘s Hot & Spicy Shitake Mushroom + soy + wheat based jerky, definitely thiccer but its chewy and has a good taste
You’re going on a holiday.. are you the type of person to check in 3 hours before or are you sprinting to the gate with moments to spare?
Either way you roll, I’ve got some delicious options for you to enjoy before you start your holiday at @brisbaneairport’s International Terminal. .
