Dennis deLeon was an AIDS activist, lawyer, and human rights commissioner for New York City. In 1993, he became one of the first NYC officials to come out as HIV positive when he publicly revealed his status in an op-ed for the New York Times.
DeLeon was dedicated to fighting the health disparities in the LGBT Latinx community and later served as president of the Latino Commission on AIDS. Under his leadership, the organization greatly expanded, developing Spanish-language outreach networks and materials and establishing National Latino AIDS Awareness Day. 95% of males get treated by using behavioural techniques to help control their ejaculation.
Start and stop: Your partner or you start stimulating your penis till you have the feeling of having an orgasm. Stop the stimulation for around 30 seconds or till the feeling goes away. Begin to stimulate again; repeat 3-4 times till you finally ejaculate.
Squeeze technique: This technique works in the similar manner as the stop and start method. However, when you get the feeling of reaching an orgasm, your partner or you should squeeze the head of the penis till the erection is lost. Repeat this procedure a couple of times until you finally ejaculate.
Some males find that thinking of something else while having sex help them to last longer.
Strengthen pelvic floor muscles: PE may occur due to weak muscles of pelvic floor. Do Kegel exercises to strengthen them.
Wear condom during sex: It may cause desensitization of your penis so that you may last longer. There also exist condoms that allow men to last longer in bed.
Seek counselling: You should consult a psychiatrist or psychologist if you are suffering from issues such as stress, anxiety or depression and they are contributing to PE.
As if there wasn’t enough happiness in the world already, my other family, a more recent one (@barefoot_theatre_company) snatched A BUNCH of awards last night for our revival of Joe Pintauro’s “Raft Of The Medusa”.
It has been one of the most fulfilling and extraordinary experiences in my life to share the stage with you all. @franciscosolorzano, the immensity of your heart and talent awe me in inexplicable ways. I love you all so much. Best ensemble and best revival winning folks here for y’all. Art matters, love matters, tolerance matters and I’m so so so so lucky to have found people who have their hearts in the same place as I do to create together.
