One of the best ways to stay healthy during the holidays is by keeping up with your regular exercise routine.
Even though you might have less time because of parties and celebrations, it’s important to take care of yourself so that you feel rejuvenated for the New Year.
Not only does exercise improve your physical fitness, but it also helps prevent unnecessary weight gain.
If you’re looking for more information about the status of your health, consider investing in a Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry Scan (DEXA or DXA Scan). The DEXA Scan will give you information such as your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass, which can contribute to your overall fitness.
If you’re injured, a DEXA Scan can evaluate muscle atrophy and play a big role in rehabilitation and in tracking the progression of a disease.
Looking to surprise the fitness enthusiast in your life this holiday season? We are delighted to share that our @dexa_aid clinic now offers gift certificates for the DEXA Scan!
SPECIAL OFFER: From Dec. 15th, 2018, to Dec. 30th, 2018, our DEXA Scan is $99!
Take advantage of this amazing deal and begin your fitness journey before the end of the year.

Wadaha has lived in an informal settlement in the Bekaa Valley for five years with her husband, son, and his family, after the conflict in Syria made it too unsafe to stay.
The Bekaa Valley has received the highest population of Syrian refugees in Lebanon. There are estimated to be over 1 million refugees living in makeshift homes in the valley, forced to flee here due to the ongoing armed conflict in Syria. | Lebanon, November 2018

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK KIND SOULS THAT HAVE SUPPORTED MY AID AND DONATED FOR THE SICK CHILDREN IN HOSPITAL. I WILL VISIT THEM NEXT WEEK AND DELIVER THE GIFTS PERSONALLY TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM. IT WILL BE POSTED. IT IS EXTREMELY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING TO SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE SIMPLY DIDN'T CARE OR UNDERSTOOD WHAT *GIVING FROM YOURSELF MEANS*. HUGE THANKS TO THE ONES THAT DID (MINORITY); THEY KNOW WHO THEY ARE. WE WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE THEIR HEARTS BEAT A BIT FASTER AND MAKE THEM FORGET MOMENTS OF TROUBLE IF ONLY FOR A LITTLE WHILE! CHEERS.
No, veliko hvala onima koji shvataju formu DAVANJA. Pomoci cemo deci da na trenutak zaborave sve nedace, i da im srce malo jace zalupa.
Meet Shannon, Charlie and Jess. Three incredible young people we spent last week collaborating with accross the UK on a film all about Youth Homelessness.
Family relationship breakdown is the most common cause of youth homelessness. Young people can
be forced out of home for reasons including: domestic violence; they or a parent could be struggling
with mental health issues or substance misuse or families may not accept their sexuality.
Amity visited these young people and spoke to them about why it was so important to have mentors to help maintain motivation, build trust and get them into employment. We'll be releasing the film in the New Year, super exciting!
