The 1st time I ever felt truly “ATHLETIC” in my entire life was when I was 33 years old and tackled & COMPLETED Insanity: Asylum Vol 1 and then followed it up immediately with Vol 2. 👏🏼👏🏼 Coincidently, I also got in the BEST shape I’ve ever been in. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I tried to go back and repeat that last year when my entire world was imploding and failed miserably. I couldn’t get through the workouts, I couldn’t commit to the nutrition, I couldn’t dedicate myself the way I had been able to when I was at the end of my marriage and desperate for control. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ The truth is, I didn’t want it bad enough last year. I just wanted to get through the days, and while I did just that, I certainly didn’t have the EXTRA I needed to be able to push the boundaries of my fitness. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ Now... I maintained during that time. I NEVER gave up. I gave what I had, and that had to be enough. It was hard for me to accept that I just couldn’t give a whole lot more than enough to maintain and not necessarily PROGRESS the way I wanted to physically, but oh baby I DID progress. 😳😳 I learned that I AM THE STORM. I learned that while going through the biggest storm of my life, I would NEVER GIVE UP. I would show up everyday and give everything I had. I learned that I was strong enough mentally and emotionally to weather what could have destroyed me... what could have destroyed my kids. Instead I used that strength to become the storm and fight mentally and emotionally everyday for US to come through it WHOLE on the other side. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 I am ready now. I’ve been feeling it the last couple weeks in the middle of round 2 of Liift4, and today on a random Thursday, I just knew. It’s time. 💥💥 So here’s to facing the storm, choosing the fight because it’s RIGHT, becoming the storm, and knowing you’re READY!! 💥💥 Are you going through a storm? Are you looking at it, wondering how the fuck you’re gonna get through it? Just know you will. Make up your mind to get through it... EVERY 👏🏼 SINGLE 👏🏼 DAY. 👏🏼 Show up. FIGHT. Try this cycle X 3 repeats with 30-45 secs rest between each cycle.
For each cycle increase the number of Burpees by 2 starting at 6 in the first cycle or try different Burpees variations 🔥🔥⚡⚡
Never compromise the tension of the resistance band you want your muscles to work under higher tension for better muscle definition.

I used a very light weight, DB's at 4KG each; my focus was form and speed in this circuit.

When using a resistance band always be sure to control you positives (the use of strength to stretch the band) and negatives (the use of strength when the band contracts back)
The single hand suitcase deadlift also builds on grip strength 💪🏽👊🏽 and forces your mental strength to kick in as you balance the bar.

Dani #20 Eastman plays for the Israel National Flag & Tackle Football leauges where he travles worldwide representing Israel. He plays as a safety on the IFL tackle league for the Petach Tikva Troopers. When Dani is not playing football, he is coaching and training highschool & kids football teams. 
Ayala Eastman currently play as a corner in WAFI Women's American Football league in Israel. 
The dedication, motivation and drive it takes for sports training is incredible to watch. 
These two are not just amazing athletes but also my brother & sister in law- you guys make me proud 💪

I got the privilege of training with these two beasts today! Dani and Ayala Eastman are both on American Football leagues here in Israel 🇮🇱🏈 Dani #20  Eastman plays for the Israel National Flag & Tackle Football leauges where he travles worldwide representing Israel. He plays as a safety on the IFL tackle league for the Petach Tikva Troopers. When Dani is not playing football, he is coaching and training highschool & kids football teams. Ayala Eastman currently play as a corner in WAFI Women's American Football league in Israel. The dedication, motivation and drive it takes for sports training is incredible to watch. Level Up!!!! That’s what @adam.natalie.mulcock made me do in tonight’s class. With 2 stations to go he pointed out that we were racing. 🏁 Seems like a bad idea, because as Coach @maryluella said, “pretty sure Nat doesn’t lose”. 🤣

All jokes aside, any workout is #leveledup when someone is right next to you; pushing, cheering, competing, encouraging! That’s one of my favorite things about #groupfitness and @f45holladay. LOVE IT. 💙❤️ Tag the person who always makes you level up. Give them a virtual high five 🖐🏿 and thanks for pushing you to be better. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork

@zacroot here showing some awesome core strength and power with these in and out planks with the agility ladder. Adding the plyo hops to the plank creates explosiveness to the movement patterns as it forces the core to fire and stay engaged 💪🏻 💥

I absolutely love Core De Force, but I am klutz, so I have always struggled with both Agility workouts. It’s been a while, I’ve done a lot of workouts since last time the ladder and I met and I am so happy with the huge improvements in my coordination! PLUS with hundreds of different workouts at my finger tips 📱💻that I can stream from anywhere, it would be a shame to not take advantage of it.

#FitTip: muscle confusion is key to maximizing results. You can train hard and cut calories but if your body becomes accustomed to doing the same exercises you may not be maximizing your results. Try changing up your exercises or adding slight variations.
