Bittersweet day, sad my favorite coach is leaving but so happy for the bright future and new adventures in front of him. When Jake first started coaching me I was an awkward self conscious mess whenever I picked up the bar and had no clue what I was doing. I owe so much to Jake for all he’s taught me, because of him I’ve accomplished more than I ever thought I would.
Thank you @fricksolo for taking me under your wing and not just being an amazing coach but a friend as well. 4am won’t be the same without you!

We got back from a week in MAUI 🌸 late last night. I’m JET ✈️ LAGGED and TIRED and I was dreading that first WORKOUT back in my gym knowing it was going to KICK MY BUTT.
I wanted so bad to make any EXCUSE I could NOT to go but I WENT ANYWAY.
There’s NO BETTER FEELING then FEELING CONFIDENT while in your bathing suit, ESPECIALLY when you know YOU EARNED IT!
The confidence you gain from the workout you hated is absolutely priceless! 💯 EVERY TIME!
