The summer season is coming to a close and Autumn is in the air. So head to Greece! In the September issue of Atlas magazine for @etihadairways, Rachel Howard tells us why September is such a beguiling time to visit the Greek islands of Spetses, Hydra, Andros, Aegina and Tinos.

Tinos is a popular destination for pilgrimages while Hydra’s romantic harbour is far less crowded in September and boats can be found in Aegina’s harbour year round. Exploring Andros’s lush, mountainous terrain in autumn is a far more rewarding experience, and Aegina’s ancient olive tree groves benefit from a little bit of autumn rain. And did we mention the food?!
