BIBENDUM: that’s the name of the Michelin Man. I worked on the Michelin account back in the day. Bibendum used to eat tacks/nails and smoke a cigar in the beginning but now he’s pretty clean living. He was first used in 1894, making him one of the world’s oldest advertising mascots. You can pose with him at the Auto Show this week. Also, the world’s fastest production car is also at the Michelin display.
