Earlier this week, one of our customers was in celebrating her birthday. This was her present to herself and she loved every minute of it. We managed to snap this amazing shot of her jump.
To HK parents and kids.
Matías Vecino (@vecino ) was 14 when he lost his father, the man who taught him the secrets of football.
He continued his football education, but as his mother was ensured that football can't guarantee a bright future – he would only be allowed out to play after completing his homework. However, it didn’t affect his development.
He travelled 50 km every day from his childhood home in San Jacinto, to train with his first club, Central Español. When he returned home he would give his grandmother Esther his white football boots and she would clean them for the next day. “They were the only boots he had and they are something that reminds him of how far he has travelled to get where he is today,” his mother says. “There were days when I would see him heading out with his little backpack on, walking in heavy rain, and I’d ask him: ‘Are you sure training’s going to be on?’” his uncle Raul Falero remembers. “And he’d say to me: ‘We’ll find a way.’” It had been a long and difficult journey to his debut in their senior side. Along the way he has been inspired by memories of his father, whose signature is tattooed on his right hand... Yesterday, Matias Vecino scored in the second minute of added time to give @inter victory over @spursofficial in @championsleague ... Priorities...
Some days I lay on the ice behind the net while elite level Hockey players take full power shots into the net...let me tell ya that's not a sound I'll soon forget... #hocky#100mph#gottatrustem#champions
That was suchhh an amazing ride but only an hour long, I feel like I didn't ride long enough.. and that was actually one of the nicest rides I've ever had. Dang nebit lol.
Weather wise people say it looks cloudy but lemme tell you the sun is shining somewhere and on my ride I found it♡
My tires have just the right amount of air and there's a perfect breeze to cool me off. I did sweat a lil bit but not very much. I flew while I was riding, I love going no hands I can do it for like 30 secs probably or more just jammin out to some sick beatz♡ depends how much momentum I have. And in those moments I am free, nothing else matters♡ I'm surprised at today's ride I fuckin knew it was gonna be a good one!!! Ahhh so much love and so much freedom, this is the only release I have next to an orgasm lolol and it's not a full release cause I still have like half a brake, no trigger.(I'll get a tune up next year) i don't have a running vehicle at this time And it's been driving me fucking nuts. But I'm learning how to cope and adapt.. I mean what's life if you don't get to live it on your own terms doing it your own way, it's royally fucked that's what it is.. but this is a phase that I will get through in time just gonna take some time.
I like to break necks sometimes, not everyday you get to see me in the zone but when you do you'll know, and that was me today it felt so good!

Dlatego w moim treningu dbam o to, aby rozwijać wszytskie aspekty naszej natury fizycznej by w pełni cieszyć się ludzką sprawnością.
Train Smart😉 and always remember...
Biceps win races💪
PS. Na filmie skok jednonóż 102cm i one rep max pull up 65kg.
