Saturday stress relief.... trying to sweat away all the tensions and frustrations I’ve been feeling this week.
We all have those days, weeks, times in general where we just feel so heavy and full of overwhelm, worry, stress, tension, anxiety, hardships or challenges.
Sometimes you just gotta sweat it all away 💪
Waking up this morning I felt like everything was against me. Cramps were full force, my throat was killing me, I was congested, and I was sore per usual. I honestly wasn’t feeling my workout, but every time I question whether or not to get it done I remember how amazing it feels to get that adrenaline pumping! There’s no better feeling then a solid endorphin high and that’s exactly what motivated me to push play today. -
Even though I struggled a bit here and there I managed to power through yet another day💪🏼 some days you’re not going to be feeling 100%, some days it feels like all odds are against you, but regardless of the obstacles take a second and remember why you started all this in the first place! All those reasons should out shine your excuses, at least that’s the case for me, how about you?! Whenever I feel like giving up or taking an off day, or putting my goals on the back burner I remember the girl that was so unhappy, insecure, and uncomfortable with herself and her body. That’s my driving force every day to never stop, never give in, and never settle for anything less than greatness because I never want to be in that position ever again! I’ve discovered over time that I’m capable of so many things, that I’m stronger than I could have ever imagined, and that I can’t accomplish anything I put my mind and heart in! -
So my question to you is what keeps you going?! Why keeps you showing up every day?! What’s your driving force to success!? I challenge you to find that reason and whenever you feel like throwing in the towel remember all those things you came up with and just keep pushing, you’ll be so much happier you did!
