Se puede festejar con alegría, música y sin ruidos molestos que perjudiquen a otros seres vivos. Durante las fiestas de fin de año y hasta entrado comienzos de enero, las mascotas sufren, se asustan, se pierden y hasta mueren como consecuencia de los estruendosos ruidos y los destellos luminosos que provocan los distintos artefactos de pirotecnia.
Los ruidos estrepitosos que genera la pirotecnia afecta a la mascota por el sufrimiento que padece ,y por el riesgo que corre de lastimarse a sí mismo al tratar de escapar o esconderse y hasta extraviarse.
Para este miedo, no existe una predisposición determinada por la raza, la edad o el sexo de la mascota, simplemente es una respuesta de temor intensa al ruido. El animal trata de huir o esconderse, pide protección al dueño, tiembla, pone la cola entre las patas, se agita, a veces gruñe o ladra desde lejos y los ojos parecen agrandarse.

Caramel was surrendered by his owner because he is not getting along with their other dog since the other dog passed away. He was starting to lash out at people and the other dog. He was sad when he lost his buddy and didn’t know how to handle it. This poor kitty lost his best friend and then lost his home. He is scared at the shelter and needs a quiet home where he can decompress and feel comfortable. Please help him.

@shanghaiist Dogs seized, beaten, drowned as Hangzhou launches harsh crackdown on canines
The city has outlawed 34 breeds of dogs and owners are not permitted to take their pets out for walks between 7 am and 7 pm
According to the city’s new pet regulations, dog walking is now only permissible before 7 am in the morning and after 7 pm at night. When walking their dogs, owners are ordered to quickly clean up after their pets and stay away from any public spaces, such as parks or markets. Obviously, leashes are also required.
Those who violate any of these rules can be fined up to 1,000 yuan ($144) and have their dog license revoked. The penalties are even harsher for those caught with unregistered dogs. They can be fined as much as 10,000 yuan ($1,440) and also have their pets taken away.
Furthermore, officials have released a list of 34 dog breeds which are allowed to be owned in the city.
1. ALLOWED - Dog breeds allowed to be kept in key restricted areas are as follows:
1, Beijing dog, 2, Shih Tzu, 3, Maltese dog, 4, Pug, 5, Chihuahua, 6, Pomeranian, 7, Lhasa, 8, Nakajima 9, butterfly dog, 10, Yorkshire Terrier, 11, silk terrier, 12, Xile, 13, Schnauzer (mini, standard), 14, poodle, 15, curl than bear dog, 16, Chinese Crested Dog, 17, Charles King Beagle, 18, Japanese Mastiff, 19, Tibetan Mastiff, 20, Italian Greyhound, 21, English Beagle (Beagle), 22, Mini Dubin Canine (small deer), 23, cocker spaniel, 24, Basset hound, 25, hunting dog, 26, West Highland White Terrier, 27, Japanese fox terrier (kyrus), 28, Universal Terrier, 29, Fox Terrier, 30, Welsh Corgi, 31, Scottish Terrier, 32, Brussels Hound, 33, Springer Spaniel, 34, the dog breed between the above 33 dogs (height less than 45 cm, length within 60 cm).
