• A R M S & A B S • I totally believe exercise is for everyone, which is why I'm going to be highlighting more ways to workout that are completely free, starting with this bodyweight fave: the plank to push-up. Here's why I love it:
✔️You isometrically engage your abs, which is a safer way to work your core compared to millions of sit ups
✔️It improves shoulder stability when done with good form
✔️It works your chest and triceps
This exercise gives you a lot of bang for your workout buck, and you don't need any equipment to do it either! Just ensure you keep your hips as still as possible, your head in line with the rest of your body, and keep your bum and shoulders level to maintain neutral spine.

Anybody else feeling exhausted this week!? 🙋🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ It’s always a pretty crazy, hectic time of year & usually full of busy days, late nights & over indulging. I find this often makes it way more difficult to feel motivated to eat well & exercise. My plan is to get in a healthy nourishing smoothie every day, fresh air & some movement even if it’s just 10 mins. Little things really do make a big difference to how you look & feel over Christmas !! 🎄⭐️🙋🏼♀️ #wellbeing
Took a mental health day off the gym on Friday following the legend @missbrookebutterworth’s advice... that day off really helped me out! Trained shoulders at @flexfitnessmount which was mint 😏💪🏻 ~~~~
