Dave and I are off on a campervan adventure along the #greatoceanroad 🙌🏼 getting in some sneaky trail runs along the coast too! It’s beautiful so far! 🌊
Pilates classes are back to our normal schedule from Monday the 1st of October x
#30weekspregnant & 30 years old today 🎉 Wei surprised me by taking the day off to hang out all day! We worked out, tried new restaurants, and grabbed dessert to-go. Cause nothing is better than being home early to watch a movie with dessert on the couch 💜 #thisis30 😂 Excited for this decade and all that will come!
I’ve learned that just ‘being’ and practicing the art of doing absolutely nothing, is and always will be just as important as the ‘doing’. Just like nature, we can’t be in full bloom all the time. Making ‘stopping’ a priority isn’t something we should just do when we get to the point of feeling like it’s the only option, it should be a daily practice. If you want to learn how to perform at your peak- how to give your best in all areas of your world and be the best version of you for your partner, your family and your business (if you have one), learn to master the art of doing nothing in small ways on a consistent basis, and then pausing for longer periods of doing nothing after any period that’s demanded a lot from you in any way. It’s really up to us what we choose to consciously make room and space for. 📷 @zoii.co
Let’s talk post-workout refuel. Since we’re students, we work out when it works with our class schedule and sometimes that means going straight from class to our lunch time workout (like today). After working our 🍑 🍑 off in spin we were STARVING.... so we picked up these delish smoothies from @goodvibesjuicecompany 👅Our order: Cold brew, almond milk, banana, cacao and protein powder. Cheers to the weekend fit fam🥂

Are you a meatball fan? If so, then this recipe will will satisfy your taste buds!
This baby is gluten/grain/corn free and is packed full of flavor! My hubby even loved it! ❤️ So how did I conquer this meal with being free of the junk?
Meatballs and Sauce:
- 1lb of grass-fed Ground Beef
- 2 Sweet Onions
- 4 Mini Sweet Bell Peppers
- 1 Cup of Marinara Sauce
Cook up these veggies and add in your meat. Make sure to cook on low, once meat and almost cooked through add in the sauce and low cook until ready to serve.
For the bread, I have a homemade Cassava Bread Recipe that I use, and love it. I cooked that up and when it was ready I loaded the meatballs on first, added the sauce and topped it with raw fresh goats cheese! 😜 Delicious!
