Loving the life and career I’ve created for myself. Goes to show you can do anything you set your mind to. Not only am I able to express myself as an acrobat but building my own act from the ground up from choreography, music, lighting, projection, and stage, I’m fully able to put express myself and the roar of the crowd has never felt so good. Should out to @flynncreekcircus @maxx_jay and @the.real.broadway for helping make his a reality. The only way my life could be better right now is if you’d click on the link in my bio and buy a @offaxisacrobatics pop socket. 30%. off using discount code offaxistanner #work#offaxisacrobatics#circus#cirque#acrobatics#acro
Super excited to be revisiting some of the things I enjoyed before I began growing a human in my belly.
#AcroVinyasa -The practice of bringing your #vinyasa practice from earth to air with the assistance of a friend. Sharing your practice, dancing your way through space, challenging yourself, lifting others, having fun! That’s what life is all about right!?
Switching up my flyer status to embody the badass lady base every once and awhile helps keep me feeling strong and able to empower others to do the same!

Finally sharing my @ninjawarrior season x submission video! 🙏💪😁 (YouTube link in bio)
Hey guys and welcome to my anw 10 submission video! I like to point out some key things that are different now since then.
Yes I went vegan for 8 months to help my health issues. I truly do feel it helped to a certain point since right after submitting my video to ninja warrior, my health issues started coming back. With the help from @steve105567 (close friend and owner of @3ballfitness) help me discover that I had a leaky gut that caused the virus I got when in Thailand a year ago.
I followed the plant paradox written by @drstevengundry to help. I will be posting follow up videos from right after I submitted about how I attacked these health issues. But as of now to let you guys know what TRULLY healed me was doing keto intermittent fasting with the plant paradox. Leaky gut is fully healed and all health issues are non existent now.
Hope you enjoy my submission video!
Journey to Handstand
Homework Day 25
Long holds- belly in (3-6 holds, as long as you can continue to hold solid form)
Long holds are the bread and butter of a hand balancing practice. They’re great for the end of a training session to max out your endurance and build strength. This belly to the wall version is also a bit easier on the wrists after they start to fatigue. -
Step up to the wall. You don’t have to be inches from the wall- the farther away you are the more it will work your core and back to hold. Focus on getting the feet high up the wall, finding a good line (videoing always helps) and engaging through the shoulders. You can set up a timer right between your hands to keep track of your progress. -
The Journey to Handstand homework series is meant to supplement the @shaktiyogaathens workshops, however these drills will benefit anyone working towards stronger inversions. -
I’m always inspired by Rhythmic Gymnastics and the use of props between the sacrum and head. This drill helps to unify the different sections of your back bend, which yields greater confidence and clarity in the transitions. This and more coming to you from Advanced Flexibility at @cirqueschool. #contortion#flexibility#rhythmicgymnastics
