Congratulations @tonybrittenjones and yes your Chi 200 is on its way too !
Special mention to you @alexbreeze for once again delivering , by adapting the original logo for those that have achieved this milestone ; also to @thebakerpound from @titanperformancegroup for organising - we really appreciate your efforts , in particular the Chi train community who are already wearing these with pride !
Stay tuned for more announcements of Chi 🚂 leaders who have clocked up 100 weeks also .... an amazing achievement and a testament to your commitment to your health , wellness and zest for life in general - you inspire us all everyday 👌🏻
Do you feel happier and more fulfilled by buying more things (that you don't really need)? Or do you feel like you are trying to fill a bottomless bag?
If buying more things made you happier and more fulfilled why is it then that you feel the constant need to buy more?
Are 5 watches not enough? Are 10 pairs of shoes not enough? Are 10 handbags not enough? Are 20 suits not enough? Are 10 necklace and 10 bracelets not enough?
If you want to fill up something, then fill up your mind. Fill it up with knowledge. Invest in books. Buy 10, 20, 50 or 100 books and read them. Buy books on history, philosophy or something.
The problem in the world today is not waste but over consumption. There is no harm in consuming but it should be done with moderation.
Whenever I feel the impulse or the urge to buy something that I already have, for instance a suit or a tie (I love suits and ties), I always ask myself these questions:
1. Is it worth the money (price/quality ratio)? 2. Do I really need it?
3. Repeat question 1 and 2 twice in order to reduce the impulse and urge to buy.
99% of the time the answer is "No". I only buy things that I really need. For instance, the last suit I bought was in 2015, my 11th suit and the last tie I bought was in 2016, my 15th tie. I only have 5 pairs of shoes (2 sneakers, 2 office shoes and 1 winter boots) and I wear my shoes until they are totally busted before buying a new pair.
I also have my girlfriend ( @germanforalex ) who with her calm energy always manages to tame my impulsivity therefore greatly reducing my urge to buy something that I don't really need or don't need in this moment.
Before i start spamming insta with all the pics from the @asianweddingshow i want to thank these special people. Firstly my hubby @sunny_jaswal for bringing the #imritsira stand to life! You went that extra mile for me and made it amazing. @fatinhasadomua this girl is such a kind and beautiful soul she always has my back! Thank you to my beautiful models @nidhigajjar__ and @unkn0wn.ehlx you rocked the looks . Finally a massive thank you to my family and friends for coming to see me at the show your help and support means so much to me. 💕
Alex and Nohemi congratulations on the purchase of your beautiful new home. It was fun helping you become home owners for the first time. The home building process can seem like a long process but it was definitely worth the wait. I am wishing you guys many many years of happiness in your new home.
👌Recipe of the week!
Mexican savory mince for the win. This simply made dish can be made in bulk for multiple meals, it freezes well, and it can be added to lettuce cups to make a healthy burrito. That’s a win, win and win!
Recipe available in studio.
People do amazing things - you can be one of those people. We have so much unlocked potential waiting to create a life bigger than our dreams. Set those goals big, let people laugh and use it to fuel your fire 🔥
How good does it feel to celebrate success? When I was studying for my Masters, I decided to celebrate and reward myself by travelling to Hawaii for a holiday once it was finished. It was a place that had been on my bucket list for a while but I just hadn't quite made it there. 🛫
So, when I graduated last year - the trip was booked! I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday (especially Maui!) and it felt amazing to reward myself after all that hard work! 🏝
Having a goal to focus on makes it so much easier to keep going, especially if things start to become challenging.
And what makes it even easier is ensuring there is also a celebration and reward that goes with it once it's achieved! 🍾
When you're setting your next goal, don't forget to also plan an awesome reward to go along with it! It will make it so much easier to stay focused on achieving your goals. 🎉
Learn to recognize the moments and situations in which you should be unattached from other people's thoughts and feelings. It saves you a lot of hassle. #passionforsuccess

You may feel so busy right now that you can't even imagine planning what you will achieve next year.
I totally get this!
And, like me, you are probably receiving numerous emails right now encouraging you to do this.
There is power in planning forward because even though you feel so busy right now, if you were to take some time to get clear on where you are heading then it will make your steps tomorrow more defined.
This saves you time now and helps you become more productive and work more powerfully.
Take some time to get clear on where you want to head and what you want to achieve next year.
With love xx
I had no idea I was in 23rd place! I was searching for my Youtube link in google and I saw this psn achievement thing. I have been in 23rd place for getting this achievement this whole time and I had no idea. I used to be a real hard out trophy hunter, I have 16 platinums but since I started playing fortnite it reduced my usual 5 trophies per day to pretty much none. WHAT. THE. HECK! 😂
