So you have hurt your back. Should you stop moving and rest until it feels better, or should you keep active?
Studies show that you should actually keep active when you have back pain!
If you rest too much, your muscles can become weak and stiff. The discs in the spine can lose their nutrients and the fluid that helps you move becomes dried out and inflexible, often making your injury worse. ⠀

Well....this is just silly.

It’s breaking down in the middle of a busy street.
It’s seeing their face in all the #people you #pass by.
It’s feeling #okay for weeks at a time and all of a #sudden , you feel the ghost of their #lips on your #neck and their nails on your back and then you’re #choking on #memories of their #presence .
It’s waking up from dreams of them coming back and screaming in the middle of the night because your chest #aches like a rotting tooth.
Stop #romanticizing#pain .
Stop using people like they’re objects.
A #heart isn’t a cigarette — you can’t just light it up and then stomp it out when you’re #done .
Don’t act like anything about heartbreak is beautiful, because I wouldn’t wish that feeling upon my worse enemies.

There is no shortage of medical treatments for peripheral neuropathy, a chronic condition that impacts about 20 million people in the U.S. alone.

💚Begin a life lived better💚
I come home to hear little one has been fussy today- and I realize we’re getting another tooth because the teething brings on pain in his ears—- so without a worry I head straight to my basil oil. I LOVE BASIL 🌿 This is one of those oils that gives me INSTANT RESULTS with Judah. Every time he starts to pull at his ears- I pull this oil out and instantly rub the diluted version around the exterior of his ear. Some people mix it with melaleuca and lavender in the dilution but usually just a basil blend works for us.
Another great tip for your kids when they have an ear ache is to heat up a mixture of cornmeal in a large thick sock and hold it to the ear once it has reached an appropriate temperature. Remember to NEVER add or drop anything down the ear canal inside the ear. Hope this helps for those of you fighting #EarInfections and #Teething . 😘🌿
