although.... i have been busting my tooochieee so hard for the past 2 ish months well, i can’t quite remember let’s just say ever since i got my bum back to the gym and i’m pretty damn proud of my progress so here it is! i said i’d have my abs back for vegas and one and half weeks to go they just might pop out poolside 🙌🏼 all in all i’m a happy clam😊 been so focused and motivated, i am a brick wall you can’t knock down 🤪 gonna crush out this last bit and then party my face off cause this lady is ready to bust the moves out hehehe @littlefiercedesign you ready for this? 🙊 *chanelling my inner @jarricafitness cause she’s body goals 😍

_____________________________________________________________ 🌬Diaphragmatic Breathing & Pelvic Floor Connection: 
_____________________________________________________________  _ ➕I highly encourage you learn how to do this & start incorporating it daily!
_ ➕ Aim for 10-20 repetitions of the DB/PFC 3-5 times throughout your day. 
_ ➕ It will seem awkward at first...BUT PRACTICE is key!
_

Steps:
_

1️⃣ Diaphragmatic Breathing: Take a BIG LONG INHALE keeping your mouth closed, while filling your abdomen with air.
_______________________________________________________ 
Place your hands on your rib cage and literally feel it expanding out as your intra-abdominal pressure increases.
_
This should be s-l-o-w and controlled!
_
Your diaphragm is descending as this happens increasing that intra-abdominal pressure.
_
Your pelvic floor is also descending as you do this and essentially “relaxing”.
_
Examples to help your PF RELAX: Releasing/letting go through a straw in your female area, Imagine a flower blossoming open, Going down an elevator,Releasing a bean/blueberry.
_
Hold this BIG INHALE with belly extended for a few seconds.
_________________________________________________________ 
2️⃣ Pelvic Floor Connection: Take a BIG LONG EXHALE steadily blowing the air out of your mouth.
_
Feel your abdomen engage as your TVA (transverse abdominals) contract and “shrink” into your hands with your rib cage deflating.
_
Simultaneously!!! You literally think of lifting your pelvic floor. 
_
Examples to help your PF LIFT/ENGAGE/CONTRACT: Sucking through a straw in your female area, Picking up a bean/blueberry, Going up an elevator. 
_
The PFC (the exhale, contraction, engaging, etc) is essentially what you might know as a “kegel”. Practice is key!!!
⭐️ Current #1  Ab/Core Exercise ⭐️: ___________________________________________________________ (SWIPE 👉🏻 for 2 Talk-Thru Videos) _ If you’re...❗️not happy with your mid-section ❗️want to gain a stronger core ❗️leaking urine at any point ❗️have diastasis recti ❗️want to avoid DR ❗️not pregnant ❗️pregnant ❗️postpartum ❗️want more definition in your abdominal muscles ❗️etc etc etc _ 👉🏻THIS IS FOR YOU👈🏻 _____________________________________________________________ 🌬Diaphragmatic Breathing & Pelvic Floor Connection: _____________________________________________________________ _ ➕I highly encourage you learn how to do this & start incorporating it daily! _ ➕ Aim for 10-20 repetitions of the DB/PFC 3-5 times throughout your day. _ ➕ It will seem awkward at first...BUT PRACTICE is key! _ Steps: _ 1️⃣ Diaphragmatic Breathing: Take a BIG LONG INHALE keeping your mouth closed, while filling your abdomen with air. _______________________________________________________ Place your hands on your rib cage and literally feel it expanding out as your intra-abdominal pressure increases. _ This should be s-l-o-w and controlled! _ Your diaphragm is descending as this happens increasing that intra-abdominal pressure. _ Your pelvic floor is also descending as you do this and essentially “relaxing”. _ Examples to help your PF RELAX: Releasing/letting go through a straw in your female area, Imagine a flower blossoming open, Going down an elevator,Releasing a bean/blueberry. _ Hold this BIG INHALE with belly extended for a few seconds. _________________________________________________________ 2️⃣ Pelvic Floor Connection: Take a BIG LONG EXHALE steadily blowing the air out of your mouth. _ Feel your abdomen engage as your TVA (transverse abdominals) contract and “shrink” into your hands with your rib cage deflating. _ Simultaneously!!! You literally think of lifting your pelvic floor. _ Examples to help your PF LIFT/ENGAGE/CONTRACT: Sucking through a straw in your female area, Picking up a bean/blueberry, Going up an elevator. _ The PFC (the exhale, contraction, engaging, etc) is essentially what you might know as a “kegel”. Practice is key!!!

Because I’m a #chocoholic I have to add a little chocolate chip in the center of each of my chocolate protein balls...and before anyone asks, I don’t have a recipe, I usually just combine a bunch of stuff in a bowl - various seeds, coconut oil, almond butter, cacao powder - each time I make it they are a little different! But always yummy 😁😍

1. Alternating dumbbell front raise 
2. Dumbbell car drivers

I love these because you don't need to use a heavy weight in order to feel the burn! You can do these at home, or at the gym. Bookmark this video to save it for later! ➡️

Perform 10 reps (on each side) of the first exercise, and then perform the second exercise immediately as a super set for 10 reps on each side again.

Shoulders have always been my weak point due to multiple rotator cuff injuries over the years, and sometimes I wasn't able to lift my arms up in front of me from the pain. Its exciting when you build enough strength to perform in ways that you couldn't before! #BeYourBest

Time : 10 minutes
Equipment: Kettlebell or Dumbell
Workout: Complete 5-8 rounds in 10 minutes
1. Push-up into row 
2. KB / DB snatch 
3. Single arm overhead lunge
4. Single arm military press 
5. Squat
