Ok ok.... tu les vois pas vraiment mais MOI je les vois super bien et j'en suis vraiment fière!😊 Quand j'étais enceinte de ma fille j'avais pris 60lbs.... 🙄 et mon ventre etait tellement énorme et étiré que mes abdos se sont séparés au centre.😭 Je ne pouvais même plus entrer mon ventre par en-dedans après ma grossesse..... c'était paniquant!😱 Mais devines quoi? Aujourd'hui mes abdos c'est la partie la plus forte de mon corps! J'te jure!💪 Et d'être constante dans mes entrainements ça transforme mon corps de plus en plus chaque semaine.
C'est un feeling INCROYABLE de se mettre au défi et de VOIR que c'est payant!
Mon corps a changé OUI mais mon esprit aussi, mon sommeil est plus réparateur que jamais et je suis beaucoup plus de bonne humeur qu'avant.🤩 Si tu ne sais pas où commencer et que juste d'y penser tu capotes.... écris-moi! I always struggle keeping up “with all the things” the first few weeks the kids are out of school. I’m getting back on track but, just like you, I juggle quite a few things each day ...BUT I’m putting myself back high on my “to do” list! ❤️❤️ HOW ARE YOU doing with this balance? When you’re in a shitty mood, been bloated all last week then feel your tummy and realise you have got your abs BACK 😂💪🏻👊🏻❤️ Sorry but yes I’m really happy with my tummy after 3 kids, that running in the race for life yesterday has definitely helped ME! So adding exercises back into my daily routine now. I’ve got all the equipment here too!😂💪🏻 Buzzing now, ready to SMASH my business and get back to what I used to look like before kids. No I don’t need to lose weight but yes I need to tone my legs and butt!! ❤️💪🏻 So for anyone out there judging me please don’t, exercise is healthy. We're figuring out a sleep schedule, which has been tougher then I thought.. but bless her heart she sleeps through the whole night, EVERY NIGHT!
My WORKOUT routine:
Cardio- carrying toys all around the house ALL day long + a few walks outside when we can!
Weightlifting- 3x per week. I'm not lifting near as heavy as pre pregnancy, but I also have a different look I'm going for this time so @rippedtoshredz designed my program around that.
Calories- I'm not tracking as closely everyday but I'm around 1850-2300 just depending on how I feel. 😋
I've had the exact same workout routine and calories for the past 5 months (no we dont need to change workouts every week to see results) and I can honestly say I LOVE the way my body looks in this short amount of time!

AND the knee surgery I had a year ago was a mental block and I was too afraid to get back into the gym. Results are in from latest program!! I needed something that would get me out of my funk. Before started this program I did 2 weeks of ALO. I have not missed a workout in 2018!! *knock on wood*
I also needed something that would get me thru tax season! 😆 I found with doing a regular workout thru tax season has helped keep stress levels down with the long hours.
I am hoping to do another round soon. I just need to make sure to not throw my adrenals and thyroid out even more😬 Still trying to find a happy medium 😊
