Here’s a workout for you guys that had my obliques on 🔥🔥🔥
1. 4x10 each side forearm plank hip dips : (I used a bosu ball for added instability) for this excercise to be the most beneficial tuck your hips under and pull your belly button in! I see this movement too often on IG with booties pointing straight toward the ceiling 🙅🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
2. 4x10 each side ball cross crunch : again, tuck your hips under and pull your rib cage down and in. Aim your elbow for the outside of your knee and squeeze your side at the top of the movement. Add resistance by using a medicine ball!
3. 4x10 total ball windshield wipers : this one is my faaaaavorite! Add a lil hip tuck at the top to make it more difficult and control the movement on the way down. Squeeze your legs together to keep tension on the ball!
