As a warrior and survivor, I'm really grateful I still can share something good in life, I still can support, come see and talk to other survivor and warrior and even joining them to raise fund for cancer foundation.
I still can pursuit my dreams in a good way, without cheating and hurting other people. I believe everything we do will come back to us somehow.
May we all can help each other to do something good in a good way, to make little effort for the world. ⇣

Day 6 😯 our last category of poses is #armbalance and I kept it simple with #cranepose . Such a good workout, I need to bring this one back to my daily practice.

Balance does not come easily to me. Not in life. Not in my practice. I tend to overdo, overthink, overanalyze and overachieve. Never giving myself a break, always striving for more, more, more. .
That translates into a wobbling practice, falling on my face, ending on the floor and pondering how dirty they are 🤫🤔
During eons of practice I've learned to be gentler with myself, taking breaks when I need them to rest. It's ok to stop and just breathe and be 😊 so for today, I'll do just that, after almost breaking my nose in this asana 🤦🏻♀️.
Ravnoteza nije nesto sto mi dolazi prirodno. Ni u zivotu, ni u vjezbanju. Zapravo sam osoba koja stano previse radi, previse analizira, previse razmislja i previse ostvaruje.
Naravno, to se pretoci u yogu u kojoj se tresem, padam, gubim ravnotezu i zavrsim na podu i analiziram kako su prljavi 😳🤦🏻♀️.
Stoga danas apliciram tesko naucenu lekciju da PUSTIM i odmaram se kad mi je to potrebno. Da stanem, disem i blejim u prazno. Danas radim samo to. Disem i blejim u prazno, nakon sto sam skoro slomila nos u ovoj pozi 🤣🤦🏻♀️

Today we have #backbend
After doing #30daybackcrack challenge I revisit this pose often. It opened my shoulders and upper back really nice while protecting my lower back.
This is my fave stretch after a long practice of forearm stands and handstands, and also for preparing the body for advanced backbends.
