Coach Linda here! Today's post is all about keeping it real.
Most of you here know my story already; if you don't, you can read about it here:
Today I want to share my belly. Yep. I still have one! I know how to dress to conceal my "flaws", but yesterday, I didn't do that!
I was so excited to discover that the new "goal top" I had bought earlier this year fit! I debated for at least a week before I bought this; I loved it because its YELLOW, and I just thought the style was cute! But, it was a size Small and not stretchy. I bought it thinking "someday". The fun thing about keto is that I can make goals and actually realize them now! That never happened before.
The top is shorter than I usually wear, and my belly shows.
Its still there. Will it always be there to some degree? Most likely. I will be 56 in August, I've had 3 kids, a set of very big twins, 2 C-sections, and was obese the last 20 years. It is what it is.
BUT it's a lot smaller than it was! And I will continue to embrace and concentrate on the great things in the picture on the right and not the flaws.
That is what I encourage my clients as well as all of you to do, every day.
Look for the good! That's the real Transformation!
